NES institutes an aggressive program that relies heavily on behavior based safety programs that assist with changing a company’s safety culture in a positive way. NES Drywall and Acoustic employs a full-time Safety Director who has instituted a strategic safety plan which includes educating and training employees beyond what is OSHA regulated to include establishing new safety measures like; Zero Accident Program, New Hire Safety Orientation Program, Crane Signal and Rigging training, CPR training.
